Patrons may purchase photocopied duplicates of items within the collection that are not copyright restricted or too fragile for duplication. Photographic duplication is also available.
Staff reserves the right to judge whether an item may be safely photocopied or photographically duplicated.
Commercial Publication - Requests for commercial publication of images of artifacts and materials from the collections of MVHS will be governed by MVHS Regulations. Royalty fees may apply.
Copyright Notice - reproduction of all materials is governed by copyright laws and MVHS Regulations. Use of materials and information provided by MVHS must be credited to the Mahoning Valley Historical Society.
